I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with Kendra! She was so respectful about all of my wishes and worked diligently to make sure I got all the shots I wanted. When she entered my birth space, she was such a peaceful presence and thrilled to join in our celebration postpartum! She was quick to send images back and with each sneak peek image I saw, I got more and more excited for the whole gallery, and it did not disappoint. I received so many quality images that perfectly captured my family's emotions as we welcomed our new baby. The birth video was incredibly well made and instantly made me cry tears of joy. It will be treasured for the rest of our lives. Kendra also has great experience in homebirth settings and fit in seamlessly with my birth team. I would recommend Kendra to anybody looking for a birth photographer. In fact, I've already asked her to be there for the next baby

Having Kendra present at the birth of each of my daughters was incredibly special. While each of those births had their own journey and story, Kendra was along for the ride, capturing what would become some of the most cherished moments of my entire life. Kendra’s gift of documenting the vulnerable rawness of birth is what astounds me time and time again when I take in her work. Her presence in my birth space was one of steadfast encouragement. Long after the occurrence of each of my girls arriving earthside, the pictures and videos Kendra captured have been an eternal source of affirming empowerment. Her talents are well worth the investment.

While preparing for my second homebirth I knew that I wanted a photographer to capture some specific “golden hour” moments that I did not have with my first. When I met with Kendra it Felt very comfortable to me, since she was also a homebirth mama and I told her specifically what I was hoping for. She captured every single thing beautifully and in a way that I never imagined, even things I hadn’t thought of! There wasn’t a photo I didn’t love. Not only did the photos exceed my expectations overall; she also got there just in time to get me catching our daughter under the water and each family member’s first expressions. That was a BONUS She was kind and caring checking in on me when I went past my “due date” and sent sneak peeks to us in the days following her birth. I couldn’t be happier to now have those moments forever frozen in time so If you are on the fence about investing in a birth photographer or even a golden hour session do it, I 10/10 recommended her, you won’t regret it.
